Directed had been pitching to our firm for over 16 years. Ed is a proven PPE resource during Covid-19 for Polycarb Dividers facilitating installation Coast to Coast. During my tenor at White & Case we had a requirement to coordinate our California location before the start of our 4th Quarter in 2020 for our employees to feel safe. Directed's team of professionals were able to facilitate custom dividers, UV filtration along with installation while maintaining our budget, along with a professional workspace appearance. Joe & the Juice brought Directed in to complete a project for the Pittsburgh airport. Directed was tasked with developing, manufacturing & installing a full millwork package with only 7 weeks to complete. Given the timeline and working within airports this was a task that was quite complex. The Directed Team led by Ed Sanders Jr, smiled and, within the budget and unrealistic deadline came through with flying colors.

BNY was undergoing a global rebrand and partnered with Directed to bring it to life across multiple locations. The scope included exterior, interior, and wayfinding signage for sites in Lake Mary, New York, and New Jersey, as well as international offices in Manchester, London, Pune, and Poland. With a seven-week timeline, Directed managed production, shipping, installation, and shrouding across all locations, working closely with the Global Head of Real Estate and key stakeholders. The team handled site surveys, shop drawings, production, and installation end to end.

Directed was introduced to us by Clune Construction, and they quickly proved to be the right partner for our first U.S. flagship location at 11 Bond Street, a historic landmark building in New York City. They took full ownership of implementing our designs, delivering all interior and exterior signage and branding with precision. Their scope included illuminated lighting, vinyl graphics, artistic painting, aluminum and acrylic signage, and more—all executed to a very high standard. They delivered on time, on budget, and made the entire process feel seamless.

Directed made our experience seamless while moving to our new 888 Broadway space. Brought in by MT Pros, they handled the design, fabrication, and installation of all branding elements. They took the time to work through multiple rounds of sampling to ensure everything matched our vision, despite the complexity. From ADA signage and wall graphics to custom glass and experiential elements, the execution was spot on. The team delivered with excellence, and we look forward to working with them again.

From furniture and signage to wallcoverings, Directed's team supported us across multiple scopes and helped bring a cohesive vision to life. Their in-house design team guided us through furniture selection, developed new signage standards, and created a standout elevator entrance. Throughout the process, they were responsive, easy to work with, and always available when needed.

For our new space at 425 Park Avenue, we needed an effective on-demand privacy solution for our executive team. Based on their prior work with BNY's CEO space, Directed was brought in for the project. Working alongside Cumming Group and Shawmut, they delivered what was required and handled challenges as they came up. The outcome exceeded our expectations and led to additional work in our Miami and Dallas offices.

Taking over BlackRock's former space at 55 East 52nd Street involved a multi-floor buildout with significant signage and branding needs. We brought Directed in to work with Gardiner & Theobald on signage, wallcoverings, wayfinding, and distraction banding. Across three floors and hundreds of signs, they managed surveys, shop drawings, and production with the level of precision the project required. The result came together perfectly, and we've continued working with them as our preferred signage vendor.

We rely on Directed to support events across our NYC campus, handling everything from design and fabrication to installation and removal. Their work spans clings, CAD-cut vinyl, ADA and environmental graphics, wallpapers, and temporary displays. They consistently meet our requirements and are easy to coordinate with—having a local NYC team makes execution fast and reliable.

We worked with Directed to refresh our NYC office, supporting us through design, production, and installation across the space. They helped bring our timeline wall to life and translated our CEO's message into a strong visual feature for employees. The new entrance wallpaper and signage, along with glass film and conference room naming, all came out exactly as intended.

Directed was brought in to manage the logistics and execution of remodeling our space. The scope included moving, storing, and reinstalling all furniture once the work was complete. The project had to be completed while classes were not in session, which typically would have meant overtime and added costs. Directed was able to execute the entire project on straight time, helping us avoid a significant budget overrun after a previous vendor fell through. In just two weeks, they completed over 65,000 square feet of flooring work, managed the removal and reinstallation of more than 800 cabinets, and oversaw the full reorganization of the library's books. The work was done flawlessly.

For our NYC buildout, Clune Construction brought in Directed to help bring the design vision to life through fabrication, design, and installation. The scope included a custom millwork feature inspired by the arches of the building, architectural film for glazing that went through multiple rounds of testing, and integrated ADA and environmental graphics designed by Gensler. Directed also developed a new Opti-Clear ADA-compliant braille signage system in-house—an innovation created through their own print shop. We really enjoyed working with Directed on this project, and their team consistently delivered at a high level.

GIII brought in Directed to support interior painting, signage fabrication, and installation. With a tight two-week turnaround to deliver the new branding, the Directed team managed the full scope efficiently and kept the project moving on schedule. Despite the timeline, they completed the work two days early and satisfied all our needs.

Tubi has been expanding globally and needed a partner to support its signage rollout across multiple offices. Since illuminated signage was new for us, we leaned on our GC for a recommendation and Directed came highly suggested. We brought them on to handle the scope, and they proved to be a solid choice—delivering materials on time, on budget, and accurately matched to Tubi's brand colors. Based on that experience, we've since continued working with Directed across our California, New York, and Toronto offices.

Paramount was relocating from 508 W 57th Street to 514 W 57th Street and needed support with the move, light signage, and space setup. Through Meridian Design, Directed was recommended by Antonio Argibay. What started as a move, storage, and liquidation scope quickly expanded thanks to Directed's flexibility and range of services. To complete the refresh, Directed also added greenery throughout the space, helping bring warmth and energy to the new office.

Lucta needed an office refresh and given my previous experience working with Directed at another company, I decided to bring them in for this project in my new role as office/facilities manager. We engaged them to create a timeline wall for our new space in New Jersey. The Lucta art department developed the wallcovering design internally, while Directed handled proofing, printing, and installation. With just three days for production, Ed and his team delivered everything on time and as expected. The result came together well, and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Octus was building their new office and partnered with Directed for numerous services. We had previous experience working with Ed Sr. in 2015 and figured why not try his new workplace division. We contracted Directed to provide switch film, distraction banding, privacy film, ADA, Architectural & Illuminated signage. Directed worked with our GC who made the process extremely seamless. Given we only had 2 months to compete the project, we needed Directed to hit our target dates for their grand opening. Once the space was opened, we received an enormous amount of thanks which confirmed to us that we chose the correct vendor.

We tasked Directed with helping us bring our space to life. As a nonprofit, Directed produced their project for us pro bono. Their production and installation were spot on and exactly what we were looking for. We loved working with the team and they made us believers, would recommend to anyone who wants a team that never says no.
