          Directed was brought in to manage the logistics and execution of remodeling our space. The scope included moving, storing, and reinstalling all furniture once the work was complete. The project had to be completed while classes were not in session, which typically would have meant overtime and added costs. Directed was able to execute the entire project on straight time, helping us avoid a significant budget overrun after a previous vendor fell through. In just two weeks, they completed over 65,000 square feet of flooring work, managed the removal and reinstallation of more than 800 cabinets, and oversaw the full reorganization of the library's books.
